The Acts of the Apostles chronicles the origins of the Christian church from the ecstatic days of Pentecost to Paul's imprisonment in Rome. It is the singular account of the power of lay witness in a hostile world.

In ACTS: A Dramatic Intertpretation Doug Cummins portrays the many people who founded the church. Using the biblical narrative as his primary source, he brings to life such disparate characters as Peter, Paul, Stephen, Ananias the High Priest, Cornelius the Centurion, and many others. His interpretation emphasizes the power of the Holy Spirit at work in the growth of the church and in the lives of the believers.

ACTS: A Dramatic Interpretation is a contemporary look at the historical and spiritual foundation of today's church in an immediate and compelling performance.
